ASK A QUESTION

How do I know if I need a therapist?
Therapy can be helpful for anyone seeking support, clarity, or personal growth, not just those in crisis. You might consider working with a therapist if you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, grieving, navigating life transitions, or simply wanting a sacred space to process your thoughts and emotions. You don’t need to "have it all figured out to begin". If you’re curious about how therapy might support your healing or well-being, a consultation is a great first step.
What is an End-of-Life Doula?
Also known as a death doula, an end-of-life doula provides non-medical, holistic support to individuals and families navigating the end of life. This support can be emotional, spiritual, and practical in nature. We hold space for meaningful conversations, help ease fear and uncertainty, support legacy and planning needs, and walk alongside families before, during, and after a death. We do not replace hospice or medical providers, instead, we complement their care with added presence, guidance, and compassion.
How do I know if I need an End-of-Life Doula?
If you or a loved one has received a terminal diagnosis, is facing a serious illness, or is feeling overwhelmed by the end-of-life process, an end-of-life doula may be a helpful addition to your circle of care. Doulas offer personalized support at every stage, whether you’re planning ahead, actively navigating a diagnosis, or simply in need of emotional or spiritual support. If you’re seeking peace, clarity, and compassionate guidance, you don’t have to do this alone.
What is Medical Aid in Dying and can you support it?
Medical Aid in Dying (MAID) is a legal option in California that allows terminally ill, mentally capable adults to request and self-administer medication that gently
ends their life.
I offer compassionate, non-medical support throughout this process, including
clarifying the steps involved, planning your final day of ingestion, emotional support and presence, if you choose medication, support for your loved ones before, during, and after. Please note, I do not prescribe, provide, or administer medication, nor am I part of the medical approval process. I am here to walk beside you and your family with care, respect, and dignity.
